This week was a very important week in my ISM course journey. After a long wait, I finally got to conduct an interview that I had been waiting to do for a long time. I had the honor to interview Dr. Christine Ho from children’s health. Dr. Ho is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon and it was truly an honor to conduct this interview. I am slowly being able to regain my confidence in the progression of this awesome year as the past few weeks have been rough, and I was beginning to doubt myself. Conducting this interview allowed me to feel a lot more confident with my abilities, and also gave me the opportunity to conduct a very informative interview assessment. The information that I learned from this interview will be used towards my original work, research, as well as my future life and career. This week my goal was to conduct another interview which I was successful in, and also I wanted to finish my work early, wish I was also successful in. I’m proud of myself for the way that I was able to accomplish these goals this week, and I look forward to creating new goals in the next few weeks. I look forward to my original work project and accomplishing the goals that I set for awesome in the next few weeks.
